B.S. in Residential Construction Technology and Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, with honors. He started MAC Builders while attending Penn College in 1997. Along with owning and operating MAC Builders for the past 20 years, he has additionally worked as a project manager/field superintendent for D.A. Nolt, Inc., on many notable projects over the past 10 years. On these projects, he would be responsible for hiring and managing all field personnel, project scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, quality control, material acquisition, and closeout processes. Managing projects from start to finish, ranging from $600k to $14 million. He has his OSHA 30 card, with considerable safety training and management experience.

B.S. in math from Bloomsburg University, along with 12+ years of experience as assistant superintendent and project manager. He has received his OSHA 30 training. Dustin has worked with MAC Builders & Design, Inc., off and on as well as for several other commercial contractors, since his college days. He was the assistant superintendent on a $5.2 million-dollar courthouse restoration, foreman on numerous commercial projects, including significant time spent providing commercial electric and general contracting services at a large manufacturing facility. He has excellent organization skills, is extremely reliable and dedicated to successfully completing projects and satisfying customers.
